S & R Industrial Contract Consulting was founded by Stephanie, a federal construction compliance specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience managing Davis-Bacon, Section 3, and HUD compliance on multifamily and federally funded construction projects across the country.
After years of working directly with developers, general contractors, and subcontractors — and seeing firsthand how compliance gaps cause payment delays, audit findings, and project disruptions — Stephanie built S & R to provide the kind of expert, hands-on compliance support that project teams actually need.
